SPAIN

Domestic orders are sent through the GLS courier agency. With certificate and tracking number. (Except the Balearic and Canary Islands which are sent with CORREOS)

Order preparation time is 1 to 3 business days.

Shipments to Spain take approximately between 2 and 4 business days to reach their destination. Courier agencies only work from Monday to Friday.

The shipping cost for Peninsular Spain, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands is between €5 and €8.

EUROPE AND THE REST OF THE WORLD

International orders are sent through the GLS courier agency or by CORREOS depending on the region. With certificate and tracking number.

Order preparation time is 1 to 3 business days.

Shipments to Europe take approximately 5 to 8 business days to reach their destination.

Orders to the rest of the world take approximately 7 to 14 business days to arrive at their destination.

The shipping cost for Europe is between €10 and €20 depending on the product and the region.

The shipping cost for the rest of the world is between

If you do not receive the order and it is returned to origin, you must pay the shipping cost again so that we can send your package again.

If there is an error or defective product in the shipment, please contact us by email at hola@francescaanastasio.com so we can replace it as soon as possible. In this case the shipping costs will be borne by us.

 

RETURNS

 

The return period is 14 days from the day you receive your order. Shipping costs for its return will be borne by the customer. To do this you must write to us at hola@francescaanastasio.com and inform us of said return.
